Daisy Ridley Starts Promoting ‘Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker’

The British actress, known as ‘Rey’ in Episode IX of this on-going story – which will honour the late Carrie Fisher – has always had a thing for sharp tailoring.
On this occasion she selected a look from Monse’s Fall 2019 collection.
Monse is known for its quirky manipulations of classic silhouettes, and this corset is crafted with unexpected details – like the draped asymmetrical panel and blazer like button detailing.
Even the trousers that at first appear simple in design, feature a dual colourway and step hem.
Would it be wrong to say that my favourite part of this look were her Chrisitian Louboutin ‘ Psybootie’ ankle boots?
