Oscar winner Da’Vine Joy Randolph was back on the red carpet for the Fashion Trust U.S. Awards.

I’m so glad to see her being invited to so many events because she is on a roll, and we need to see more of her style.

Bringing that awards season glamour to the event, ‘The Holdover’ star wore a Rahul Mishra Fall 2024 velvet embellished strapless dress.

I’m so glad that her stylists opted to remove the straps we saw on the runway as the end result feels cleaner and more modern.

If you look back at Da’Vine’s awards season looks, seven out of eight looks showcased her arms and shoulders, so this design sits in her wheelhouse.

De Beers jewels and Steve Madden pumps completed her look.
